Maison Dosnon is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in Avirey-Lingey, where the vineyards are planted on Jurassic slopes established on limestone of the same type as Chablis. The 2.15 ha of vines are complemented by a further 3 ha cultivated by winemakers who share the same values and vision. Davy Dosnon produces a fine range of champagnes from vines that use no chemical weedkillers. The reserve wines, which are very important to the domaine, are stored in barrels to preserve all their complexity.
