A wine that "pinotes". The Pinot Noir expresses its aromas of strawberry, rose and peony with a smoky touch. On the palate, the tannins are still a little tight and need to be opened beforehand to oxygenate the wine. But the structure is there, combining with a fresh, elegant feel and hints of cherry. A delicate wine with a licorice finish.
