Olivier Foucher started his business in 1992 with less than 1 hectare. Today, he cultivates 12 hectares of certified organic vines. Planted in the commune of Morogues, a famous locality in the Menetou-Salon appellation, the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes thrive on south-facing clay-limestone slopes.
