The estate was founded in 1913 by Jean-Marie Jallet, a modest, self-taught tenant farmer. Since then, the estate has been run by four generations. In 2023, David Sadot, Philippe Jallet's cousin, joined the adventure. Together, they decided to expand the estate and create new cuvées, always with respect for their terroir.
