Gault&Millau's review
2024
90/100
The wood ageing brings out the first aromas on the nose, followed by the development of black fruits (blackcurrant) and spices. Round and suave on the palate. Tannins are present but velvety. This is a wine that needs to be aired before tasting and can be kept for several years.

Domaine Jallet
The estate was founded in 1913 by Jean-Marie Jallet, a modest, self-taught tenant farmer. Since then, the estate has been run by four generations. In 2023, David Sadot, Philippe Jallet's cousin, joined the adventure. Together, they decided to expand the estate and create new cuvées, always with respect for their terroir.
