The Fournier Longchamps estate, which has been practicing organic farming since 2006, spans 53 exceptional hectares in the Loire Valley. The vineyard spans several appellations, including Savennières, Roche-aux-Moines, Coteaux-du-Layon, and Quart de Chaume. The wines—almost exclusively dry and sweet whites—are mostly single-vineyard cuvées, with particular attention paid to the identity of the terroir.
