Marie and Frédéric Chauffray created Domaine La Réserve d'O in 2004. They cultivate 14 hectares of biodynamic vines. The vineyard is planted in the commune of Arboras, one of the highest and coolest parts of the Terrasses-du-Larzac appellation. It takes root in a clay-limestone terroir on a bed of stony chippings.
