The nose is very appealing, with notes of cherry, eucalyptus and graphite. Still a little young on the palate, with a freshness and tannins that are present, but which provide good thickness, roundness and power. Lovely smoky aromas add character to the wine. Ideal with a meal, it can wait a little longer.

The vineyard is planted in the commune of Arboras, one of the highest and coolest parts of the Terrasses-du-Larzac appellation. It takes root in a clay-limestone terroir on a bed of stony chippings.
