Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
With the arrival of Margaux, the daughter of Vincent and Nathalie Huber, the fourth generation of this Champagne house—located not far from Épernay—is gradually taking shape. Margaux is eager to learn from her parents, who tend to their vineyards with great care—particularly the Meunier vines in Courcourt and the Chardonnay vines in the Sézannais region, where they also grow Pinot Noir. Like Vincent and Nathalie, in a few years she will oversee every stage of winemaking, from the press to shipping. This 100% estate-produced wine is the pride of everyone involved in the estate.
