Diogène Tissier et Fils
Champagnes
Gault&Millau's review
Founded in 1931 by Diogène Tissier, the grandfather of the current owners, the house is located in Chavot, in the Courcourt terroir, renowned for its privileged location. Today, Vincent Tissier and his wife Nathalie perpetuate the history of the Champagne family business. Focusing on the quality of the grapes at harvest time, they produce champagnes of finesse and elegance, with an emphasis on fruit, and excellent value for money.
