Diogène Tissier et Fils
Founded in 1931 by Diogène Tissier, the grandfather of the current owners, the house is located in Chavot, in the Courcourt terroir, renowned for its privileged location. Today, Vincent Huber and his wife Nathalie perpetuate the history of the Champagne family home. Their daughter is due to join them on completion of her studies. The press is vertical, and vinification and ageing are carried out in vats or in barrels and foudres, depending on the vintage and grape variety. Focusing on the quality of the grapes at harvest time, the Tissiers produce champagnes of finesse and elegance, with an emphasis on fruit, and excellent value for money. Wide range of nine champagnes.
