A blend of Champagne's three grape varieties for this vintage, with a nose that's still a little restricted at present, but which should open up with notes of lemon cake and pear tart. On the palate, the wine is racy, lively and structured. A fine finish of lemon zest for this cuvée, which we recommend to leave to age in the cellar.
