Gault&Millau's review
The history of the house began at the wedding of their children, Jean Dérouillat and Régine Franquet. From simple winemakers, Régine and Jean became co-operators in order to market their champagnes. The arrival of their son Luc in the 1980s marked a new turning point and the era of independence. Luc and Florence, his wife, decide to leave the village cooperative and invest in equipment to develop their own champagnes, becoming owner growers (RM). Today, the fourth generation arrived with Fanny and Cécile, the girls of the house, each with her own specialty: Fanny vinifies champagnes with her father and manages the commercial part of the estate, and Cécile works in the vineyards all year round. The two sisters also work together in the cellar (bottling, disgorging, labelling ...). The three Champagne varieties are spread over almost 6 hectares on the southern slopes of Epernay, the Côte des Blancs and southern Aisne.
