Gault&Millau's review

The estate, located in Vincelles, covers some 8.6 ha and benefits from an atypical terroir. Here, the Marne floods the lower part of the valley with humidity, and in the morning, the vines are often immersed in thick fog before the sun shines on the south-facing slopes. This, combined with the richness of the soils, is ideal for the development of Pinot Meunier, which accounts for 80% of the vineyard. Swann Aguilar, a ninth-generation winegrower, found a Del'Hozanne-Guiborat label belonging to his great-grandparents in the family archives. He has used it as inspiration to market his own brand of organic champagne, which he has named Del'Ozart. In addition to organic certification, the estate has also been awarded the label haute valeur environnementale (HVE) level 3 and viticulture durable en Champagne (VDC).
