The 8.6 ha estate benefits from an atypical terroir. Here, the Marne floods the lower part of the valley with moisture, and a thick morning fog covers the vines before the sun shines on the south-facing slopes. This specificity, coupled with the richness of the soils, makes the soil ideal for the development of Pinot Meunier, which accounts for 80% of the vineyard. A ninth-generation winegrower, Swann Aguilar found a Del'Hozanne-Guiborat label in the family archives. He has used it to market his own brand of organic champagne, Del'Ozart. Certified organic, the estate is also certified HVE level 3 and sustainable viticulture in Champagne.
