Fine bubbles rise from a pale gold color with silver highlights. The nose, as fruity as it is vegetal, evokes tangerine, lime blossom and greengage. The refined attack on the palate reveals a beautiful tension sustained by delightful citrus notes. This particularly successful cuvée can be enjoyed on its own or as a sublime accompaniment to turbot with citrus zest.
