Gault&Millau's review
2019
88/100
This blended rosé has coppery highlights and a very fine effervescence. It reveals an intense, expressive nose of small red fruits bursting on the fire (not jammy), surrounded by notes of white pepper, licorice and rose petal. The palate, with its clean, lively attack, is marked by very fine tannins and English candy, giving it harmony and good length. This refreshing rosé should be served with Mediterranean dishes based on seafood and sunny vegetables.
