Gault&Millau's review
Situated in the heart of the Côte des Bar, near Polisot, the estate covers an area of around 8 hectares. The first vines were planted in 1975, and the first cuvées were produced in 1990. Alexandre and Raphaëlle, Daniel's two children, joined the business in 1999 and have now taken over the reins. A charming gîte on the banks of the Seine is available for visitors to enjoy a stay in Champagne.
