Produced from a blend of harvests from 2011 to 2017, this cuvée is also aged in foudre. The nose evokes the scents of white flowers (peony) and the palate expresses a balance between freshness, power and finesse. The saline finish distills discreet bitters and revives the palate. A gourmet champagne to share with roast veal Orloff.
