The aroma of this cuvée is based on puff pastry, with a childlike perfume of oven-roasted peach, a touch of rosemary and a hint of celery root with ginger. This wine shows its complexity, but also its straightforwardness, with a mouth chiselled into dots by a firm bubble. The value for money is obvious, but you'll have to be patient to fully appreciate this 2012.
