The nose, supported by fine bubbles, is subtle. The palate is vinous, fresh, powerful, limpid and chalky. The wine is beginning to express its maturity and complexity, brought about by the blending of the 2017 and 2016 harvests. A lovely champagne whose length and aromatic persistence make it a perfect match for a veal chop with morel mushrooms and reduced juice.
