Bright, clear color with fine bubbles that disappear quickly. The nose is discreet and slightly vegetal. The palate is surprisingly sweet and peppery at the same time. Its saline freshness on the finish calls for exotic cuisine such as tagines with Espelette pepper or tandoori. An atypical but successful wine.
