With only 3 hectares, of which one is Grand Cru in Avize, Agnès Corbon practices lutte raisonné viticulture respecting the soil (zero pesticides and almost no herbicides anymore). The soils are turned and the wines rest for a long time in the cellar (ageing 5 years minimum on lees), with no fining or filtration.
