A majority of Chardonnay for this cuvée from the fine 2010 vintage. A nose of white fruit, juicy pear and hawthorn is followed by a mouth full of finesse. The precise bubbles reveal flavors of spring honey and very ripe citrus fruit. Lively and slender, this champagne lingers on a well-balanced, particularly appetizing finish.
