With a background of rhubarb, quince and baked apple, this blanc de noirs doesn't betray its origins, with a vinous bouquet and almost autumnal tones. The palate, in contrast thanks to a welcome freshness, offers substantial volume and luscious redcurrant notes on the finish. The whole is supported by a fairly fine bubble, which gains in definition after aeration.
