Descendants of the Coquard family of winegrowers since 1670 in the town of Spoy, in the heart of the Côte des Bars, Sophie, Frédéric Coquard and Francis Bour have created their own champagne brand Coquard-Bour. Certified Terra Vitis since 2012, the domaine practices grassing between rows and work the soils.
