A lovely nose of candied citrus zest, dried apricot and currant. An aromatic, gourmet bouquet, fresh and juicy, that makes you want to continue the conversation. On the palate, sweetness coats the palate without heaviness. The structure is fresh, with intense fruit (mango, passion fruit, peach) and a powerful finish. A few more years should give it the wisdom it still lacks.

Château Les Justices

Château Gillette is an 8.5-hectare estate located in Preignac in the northern Sauternes region, between the Garonne and Ciron rivers, in the heart of a clay-limestone terroir with a rocky subsoil. Owners Julie Médeville and her husband Xavier Gonet also own Château Gillette. The particularity of Château Les Justices is that the grapes are not put in barrels during vinification, to avoid any aromatization, in order to obtain cuvées that are as fruity as possible.
