Château Gillette is an 8.5-hectare estate located in Preignac in the northern Sauternes region, between the Garonne and Ciron rivers, in the heart of a clay-limestone terroir with a rocky subsoil. Owners Julie Médeville and her husband Xavier Gonet also own Château Gillette. The particularity of Château Les Justices is that the grapes are not put in barrels during vinification, to avoid any aromatization, in order to obtain cuvées that are as fruity as possible.
