The first aromas invite you to take a stroll in the Landes forest, with balsamic notes of pine sap and heather honey. Candied citrus fruits bring roundness and freshness, underlined by aromatic herbal notes (rosemary). On the palate, a fluid attack leads to the discovery of a very fine texture. Notes of currant, dried apricot and wax. Sweetness is present, but contributes to a lovely fullness before a finish marked by white pepper.
