At an altitude of 300 meters and just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean, Pibarnon is a magnificent 52-hectare estate that combines aesthetics and depth. The vines are planted in restanques, in symbiosis with a preserved ecosystem. Éric de Saint Victor's wines are among the most renowned in the appellation: they combine power and finesse, and are well worth waiting for. Some rosés, specifically matured, are sold with a few years of cellaring. They'll give you a completely different idea of the great rosés of Provence. A tasting is a must.
