On the nose, lily of the valley, black fruit, clove and black pepper. Real power on the palate. A muscular wine, where the tannins still dominate. Fruit and spice linger on the finish, but you'll have to be patient to enjoy its peak.

Some rosés, specifically aged, are sold with a few years of cellaring. They'll give you a completely different idea of the great rosés of Provence. A tasting is a must.
