Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Philippe de Jaham had a passion for winemaking, and he began his journey with 44 ares of white grapes and 44 ares of red grapes. The first harvest took place in 2016. Currently, 20 hectares are planted and certified under numerous labels (Vegan, USDA Organic, Bee Friendly, JAS). The wines are produced using organic and biodynamic methods, and part of the aging process takes place in barrels. The estate features a true nature reserve with nearly 80 beehives, ponds, fallow fields, a bird sanctuary… and even its own spring.
