The bubbles form a creamy, tenacious mousse on a wine with a golden color and green highlights. They are lively and impetuous, heralding an alert, thirst-quenching champagne. The nose is more sedate, with a well-balanced framework of white fruit (reinette, pear), citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and fresh herbs (lemon balm, lemongrass, white mint). On the palate, the wine gains volume on the same fruity framework, accentuated by the finesse and liveliness of the bubbles that give it relief and freshness. With its lacy, fresh style, this champagne is ideal as an aperitif or on a cold buffet.
