Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Founded by five pioneers in 1956 in Ville-sur-Arce, the cooperative now comprises 130 families. Its original operating principles endure in the same spirit of cooperation, solidarity, and the passing down of knowledge. In the heart of the Côte des Bar, the vineyard spans 315 hectares and 14 villages spread along the Arce River. Shaped by a unique landscape where vineyards and forests alternate, this region is characterized by the diversity of its grape varieties, with Pinot Noir predominating. The house embodies a family-oriented spirit and a deep respect for the terroir, with everyone working together to produce high-quality champagnes.
