This extra brut is a great success. Composed of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, it exudes exquisitely subtle aromas: the sweetness of peony and the greenness of olive leaf. The palate is endowed with a magnificent minerality thanks to the clay-limestone soils mixed with sands and silts. The remarkable freshness provided by the beautiful bitters stretches and lengthens to a delicate hint of salinity. Ideal with sea bream carpaccio.
