What a breed... everything we love in a great champagne for this pure Avize chardonnay produced in only 796 units. Right from the nose, there's a subtle blend of chalk, wood, citrus and fine exotic notes. On the palate, the wine combines fullness and tension with perfect precision. A real treat! It's a shame so few bottles of this nectar are available.
