The very slightly pink color gives way to a freshness that's just right. The nose is as tender as a bouquet of country flowers and as tart as a handful of redcurrants stolen from the garden. Beneath the creamy bubbles, the fruit is more rounded, while remaining fresh, with pretty little bitters on the finish.
