Slight notes of evolution evoke warm cookie, dried fruit (hazelnut, toasted almond) and custard, testifying to long ageing on laths, without lacking in freshness. On the palate, under controlled-texture bubbles, we find the intensity of ripe yellow citrus fruits that invite us to take an Amalfi walk. A slight bitterness titillates the palate, but the lemony, vanilla notes assert themselves on the finish. A wine of character, without being extravagant.
