Gault&Millau's review
Children of farmers, Thérèse and Alain Réaut set up in the late 1970s on a few plots of land belonging to their families. Over time, the estate grew to around ten hectares on the Côte des Bars. The three main grape varieties (chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier) are planted on clay-limestone soils, but pinot gris is also grown. In early 1990, Alain tasted the juice from his neighbor's biodynamic harvest and decided to abandon conventional farming. In 1992, production was certified Ecocert and Demeter. Alain and Thérèse's children, Alexandre and Laure, took over the estate.
