Philbert

The Philbert champagne house, founded in 1923, cultivates just under 10 hectares of HVE herbicide-free vines. Since 2021, Yannick Dubois has been at the helm of the house, perpetuating family know-how while respecting the terroir of the Montagne de Reims. It produces around 35,000 bottles a year, made from chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier on premier cru terroirs. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve freshness.
