Odyssée 319
Olivier Bonville and Ferdinand Ruelle-Dudel, Champagne Franck Bonville's managing partners, have embarked on a parallel and atypical project: to tour the 319 villages of the Champagne appellation, producing one cuvée a year. This odyssey through the crus began with permanent cuvées with a strong Chardonnay character from the Côte des Blancs, Olivier and Ferdinand's preferred terrain, and a rosé cuvée from the association of two Grand Cru villages. This year, the range expands with a 100% meunier cuvée from Belval-sous-Châtillon.
