Fresh and green, the bouquet evokes freshly-cut grass, blackcurrant buds and raspberry leaf, before a floral blossoming between honeysuckle and orange blossom and the appearance of fruitier aromas (pear, white peach). Very invigorating on the palate, with creamy bubbles and a fresh, acidic texture. The finish hinges on greedy fruit.

L'Envolée

The Poinsot Frères family business, located in the Côte des Bar region, has a vineyard that extends over 18 ha around the village of Loches-sur-Ource. Laura Poinsot, who joined the estate in 2015, while training in the vineyard, gives a new, modern identity to the family brand. She began making her own champagnes and thus created her brand, L'Envolée. The first cuvée goes on sale at the end of 2023 - others are in the aging phase. At the same time, she is preparing a range of delicatessen products based around champagne, including a ratafia and a champagne confit.
