Champagnes
Gault&Millau's review
The young champagne brand conceived by the Eiffel heirs was launched in 2021. With production limited to 10,000 bottles, these champagnes are still little-known to the general public, and are only available in France (a rarity for a Champagne house). The 9-hectare vineyard, located near Reims, benefits from a favorable terroir, with limestone subsoil and a fine layer of clay, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and contributing to the finesse and freshness of the wines. Three cuvées are offered: a brut réserve, a rosé and a blanc de blancs.
