Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Since 2023, alongside their Herbert & Co. brand, Thomas Herbert and his partner, Marie-Charlotte, have continued to run this family-owned estate, which was led over the years by Fernand and then Didier, who helped double its production. They draw on 5 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, divided into 30 plots located in five villages classified as Premier Cru and Grand Cru: Ludes, Rilly-la-Montagne, Trois-Puits, Mailly-Champagne, and Verzenay. The lineup is small, consisting of 4 to 5 wines, plus a ratafia.
