Rosy color with good intensity and salmon hues, with a hint of onion skin. Fine bubbles form a tenacious cord in the glass. The nose unfurls a framework of ripe red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, prune). The wine's attack is suave and velvety, with identical red fruit flavors. The bubbles are less prominent, but add a touch of freshness. The overall impression is vinous. A perfect Champagne for a roast rack of lamb, for example.
