The fine, subtle nose reveals aromas of candied citrus zest, wallflower, hawthorn, white pepper, cardamom and coffee beans. The aromatic framework is repeated on the palate, with a fresh, honeyed texture. The finish is full-bodied, zesty and long-lasting. A lovely champagne with an assertive personality, to be served with a fine fish with hollandaise sauce.
