Faithful to the wines of its terroir, this Les Riceys rosé plays the seduction card with its flamboyant bouquet of maras des bois, dried flowers and citrus peel, which sets the scene perfectly. On the palate, the wine stretches out with a fine, salivating structure, more joyful than profound, but perfectly suited to spontaneous moments of pleasure. A few roasted figs would be just the thing.

Bauser

The Bauser estate is a family-run winery located in the town of Les Riceys, the only village to boast all three Champagne appellations (Champagne, Coteaux-Champenois, and Rosé des Riceys). Founded by René Bauser and his wife Claudie in 1975, the estate is now run by their three children—Sophie, Frédéric, and Sébastien—who oversee sales, the vineyards, and the cellar, respectively. The vineyards cover 23 hectares, and each cuvée is crafted from a selection of specific plots using a variety of winemaking techniques (in amphorae, barrels, large oak casks, and stainless steel tanks).
