On the palate, the wine stretches out with a fine, salivating structure, more joyful than profound, but perfectly suited to spontaneous moments of pleasure. A few roasted figs would be just the thing.

Maison Bauser is a family-run business located in Les Riceys, the only commune to boast all three Champagne appellations (Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys). Founded by René Bauser and his wife Claudie in 1975, the estate is now run by their 3 children, Sophie, Frédéric and Sébastien, who look after the business, vineyard and winery respectively. The vines are planted on 20 ha.
