The nose is already expressing notes of evolution, undergrowth, fresh mushroom and forest floor. It's autumnal. With a little aeration, a sunny sensation emerges, along with acacia honey, passion fruit and ripe yellow fruit. The palate is vinous and juicy, ripe as can be. It leaves a sensation of stone fruits and spices. The bubbles are fine, but present. The finish is pleasantly toasty, with aromas of gazelle horn, cinnamon and sandalwood. A beautiful rise to power!

Bauser

Maison Bauser is a family-run business located in Les Riceys, the only commune to boast all three Champagne appellations (Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys). Founded by René Bauser and his wife Claudie in 1975, the estate is now run by their 3 children, Sophie, Frédéric and Sébastien, who look after the business, vineyard and winery respectively. The vines are planted on 20 ha.
