Made from 80% of the 2016 harvest, supplemented by reserve wines from the 2 previous years, this cuvée, already presented last year, has acquired patina, fullness and complexity, while retaining its freshness. A fine champagne with plenty of time ahead of it, to be served at table with veal breast stuffed with mushrooms and spring vegetables.
