A "chantilly" effervescence with numerous fine bubbles opens the tasting. The fresh, complex nose offers an aromatic palette of stewed stone fruit and dried fruit. Mostly made from Chardonnay, this cuvée offers a delectably balanced palate with lingering citrus notes. Open with tapas or a plancha of fish and vegetables.
