This beautifully coloured Blanc de Blancs aged in oak barrels for 9 to 11 years abounds with bubbles and gives a feeling of fullness. The subtle bouquet reveals aromas of vineyard peach, exotic fruits, vanilla and spring flowers. On the palate, this full-bodied wine is modulating from flavours of lemon, white bread to a chalky finish. This cuvée could be matched with zander with asparagus.
