The dark crimson red colour gives personality to this Rosé made by the saignée assemblage method. It is composed of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in equal parts. The bouquet is both complex and elegant; it reveals a variety of red fruits in liqueur, pink pralines and cacao nibs. On the palate, the wine shows remarkable tannins. This champagne could be paired with duck.

Baron Albert
Baron Albert champagnes were founded in 1947 by Albert Baron and his wife Béatrice. They passed the torch on to their three sons, Gilbert, Gervais and Claude. Today, the third generation is in place with Claude's daughters. The Baron sisters, Claire, Lise and Aline, accompanied by Rachid Boutaïg, vineyard manager, cultivate 55 ha of vines in an environmentally-friendly manner, and produce almost 500,000 bottles of wine a year in their cellars.
